CINEGENAI LLC, doing business as CINEGEN Works™ (“CINEGEN,” “we,” or “us”), operates the CINEGEN website presented under CINEGENai.com. This policy covers this website and inquiries sent through its contact form and contact links. Separate production agreements, performer releases, employment notices or other project-specific terms may govern information provided in those contexts.

Information you provide

When you send a message through the website contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, organization, contact details, portfolio, project brief and correspondence. Please send only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential scripts and materials until appropriate arrangements are in place.

Technical information, cookies and external services

Website hosting, content-delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events to deliver and protect the site. This website does not use advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect some functions.

Fonts are served from this website rather than from an external font provider. If the contact form is delivered through a form-handling service, that provider processes your message on our behalf to deliver it to us. External links to publications, IMDb and other services lead to independently operated websites, whose cookies and data practices are outside CINEGEN’s control.

This website does not have a separate response to the legacy browser “Do Not Track” signal. Browser cookie and tracking controls remain available. A browser signal does not stop technical information needed to load a page from reaching its hosting or content providers.

We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate potential projects or collaborations, arrange requested services and maintain relevant business records. This is a professional film-studio website, not a service directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information should contact us so we can review and address it. CINEGEN is based in California; information sent to us may be processed in the United States and where our service providers operate.

We will post revisions here and update the effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law. This notice describes information practices; visiting the website alone is not consent to unrelated uses of your information.

Website disclaimer

Studio information and project status

Website materials provide general information about CINEGEN and selected projects. Development plans, availability, schedules and collaborators may change. A project listing, historical press report or collaborator credit is not a guarantee of financing, distribution, completion or an ongoing commercial relationship. Individual producing credits are identified separately from the current CINEGEN slate.

Creative imagery and generative AI

Some images, characters, environments and film materials are conceptual, fictional or created with generative AI and other digital production tools. Concept imagery does not represent facilities or infrastructure owned by CINEGEN. AI-generated characters based on Anoush Sadegh are created with his consent from reference photography. Fashion and product pieces shown under the CINEGEN name are brand concepts and are not products currently offered for sale. CINEGEN provides and manages filmmaking services through creative leadership and a network of specialized collaborators and technology partners.

Intellectual property and submissions

Website names, logos, artwork, films, photographs and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights held by CINEGEN or their respective owners. Third-party names and logos identify publications that covered CINEGEN or organizations it has worked with, and do not imply endorsement. Display on this site does not grant a license to reproduce or commercially exploit those materials. Please request permission before using studio or project assets. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a confidentiality agreement, production engagement or obligation to use submitted material; separate written agreements govern those arrangements. This notice does not transfer ownership of material you submit.
